How does Hypnotherapy work?

Hypnosis is a natural state of mind, sometimes mistakenly thought of as sleep, unconsciousness or losing control. In truth it is an altered state where the conscious mind is by-passed and the sub-conscious mind can be accessed. The sub-conscious mind can access emotions, past events, facts and information, causes of feelings, behaviours and attitudes. Some of these positive thoughts and feelings will be strengthened and some maybe removed or according to your individual needs.
